These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AxiomAI Resolve ("the Service"), operated by AxiomAI, a sole proprietorship owned by Jeff Sullivan ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service is intended for use by licensed insurance professionals, claims adjusters, attorneys, and related professionals. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Plans are billed monthly. A 14-day free trial is available to new users — no credit card is required to start your trial, but payment information must be provided before the trial ends to continue access.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
AxiomAI Resolve uses artificial intelligence to assist in claims analysis. All output generated by the Service is intended as a professional aid only and does not constitute legal, medical, or insurance advice.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and making professional judgments about any AI-generated content before acting on it. AxiomAI does not assume liability for decisions made based on Service output. Users are expected to apply their own professional expertise and judgment.
You retain all rights to documents you upload to the Service. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process them solely for the purpose of generating your requested analysis. Documents are deleted immediately after processing and are never used for AI training or shared with third parties.
You represent that you have the legal right to upload and process any documents submitted to the Service.
The Service, including its software, prompt library, interface design, and branding, is the exclusive property of AxiomAI. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service's output, subject to the restrictions on acceptable use above.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AxiomAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or professional liability claims.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or complete.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that forum.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
